At Dynamic Sate of mind NLP & Hypnotherapy in Wishaw ,Lanarkshire we can utilise a number of techniques to turn your old destructive patterns of behaviour and thinking around. '' Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit." - New scientist - v136.  as far back as 1992, New Scientist Magazine published the results of an extensive clinical study on the most effective methods of smoking cessation.  More than 600 studies {over 72,000 individual cases} showed that a single session of hypnosis increased an individuals chances of success by 10 times, from 6% to 60%.

Motivation to stop smoking

Motivation is vital!  if you " Just Like Smoking ", there is nothing that can stop you smoking if you don't want to stop! You have to be fully committed and ready to stop smoking otherwise any program would have limited success. So know that your commitment will be tested from the very first phone call, you will be asked to make a reduction on your own to prove your readiness to finally quit, then you will have my commitment to working with you.  You have to make the conscious descision to stop smoking and I will work on the subconscious part to break the pattern of smoking with you.  


I will work along side any other Stop smoking plan or nicotine replacement plan you are undertaking if you wish, but Hypnotherapy & NLP  work well on their own.  I will respect your choices.

​My recommendation to you - if you currently smoke 10-20 a day then 1 session is normally enough, but for heavier smoking patterns then I recommend 2-4 sessions.
